Daniel at the front desk is amazing! He is always so friendly and welcoming when I come in. Last week it was torrential downpour and he walked me to my car with an umbrella. Can’t get better than this guy!

Great place for workouts centrally located in Framingham. Indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. They also have a cafe open until 7 pm. There's a daycare kind of area for kids. So it's family friendly. They have group fitness classes for all age groups. They also have lots of resources on elder care, retired people socializing and hiking during daytime, women's groups, LGBT support group, many family events, and hiring events into the army for young people.

Front desk staff is always pleasant; a variety of somewhat dated equipment; good hours; and not a corporate gym that makes cancellation difficult. Men's locker room is smelly, humid, and needs cooling in the summer months. Convenient location. Membership lets you use any YMCA in the country which is an added plus.

The facility has no room for equipment. As a woman I do not feel safe here. This particular branch attracts some men who treat this space as their personal workout room. The grunting and slamming is an often occurrence here. I feel continuously pushed out of the workout room, stared at, and my personal space is encroached on. I’d feel better if the staff were actively monitoring these spaces because I do not feel safe. I can tell other women feel subject to this as well. Will not be returning.

I just want to warn anyone thinking about signing your kids up for swimming. The woman who runs it, I believe her name is Hailey, should not be allowed around kids. Her people skills are some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. With the amount of money we pay to attend the facility the least they could do is hire people that have some sort of professionalism. Shouting at adults and kids for not knowing some new arbitrary rules is simply unacceptable. If I could I’d give zero stars. We’re going to be using the big blue swimming school across the street. I heard their coaches are much nicer and in better shape.
